ST Hospital organized a free medical camp for municipal sanitary workers. The event was a huge success with a great turnout. Attendees had their vitals taken, received valuable health advice, and even had access to deaddiction services, healthy snacks, and free medicines. We are proud to have provided these essential services to the hardworking individuals who keep our city clean and healthy.

I had the privilege of speaking at the Government Women's College in Kumbakonam on the important topic of cancer awareness. It was an inspiring experience to engage with young women and share knowledge on this crucial issue.
As we commemorate Women's Day, let us remember the importance of early detection and regular check-ups in the fight against cancer. Together, we can raise awareness and promote a healthier future for all.

The Women's Day Special Physiotherapy Workshop, led by Dr. M Nalini, was held on March 8th, 2023, at ST Hospital in Kumbakonam. The workshop was conducted through appointment only, and participants had call 99403 41121 to book their appointment.
During the workshop, Dr. M Nalini demonstrated a range of stretches specifically designed for women. These stretches were aimed at improving flexibility, increasing range of motion, and reducing muscle tension and soreness. Dr. M Nalini provided detailed instructions on how to perform each stretch correctly, ensuring that all participants benefited from the workshop.
The workshop was an excellent opportunity for women to learn about proper stretching techniques and improve their overall physical health under the guidance of a seasoned professional like Dr. M Nalini. Participants left the workshop feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and equipped with the knowledge to take better care of their bodies.
